I am in complete peace and the time seems to go very fast.
I know I am not the only one who does this!

Sorry but at this time of the day I am not the best looking person.
This tiny bird is one of them and I have to be honest, I almost quit when I was trying to add his bill(beak).
But here it is and I am not sure I will make more. :D Well I have to make three more...but that is it!!!
Maybe I should try working at night.

I'm a night owl as well. I stayed up until about 11:00 last night working on my 'first draft' prototype for my Orchid Pendant I'm trying to make. It went well, but it's extremely fine work, making and veining an orchid bloom that's only 1/4" in diameter... I feel the common frustration with small work!

ReplyDeleteSeriously, I used to be a major night owl and did my best work after midnight. My upstairs studio is too near my son's room to be able to work super late at night now without disturbing him (although as a teen he is staying up later and later). I don't have enough light to see well at night out in the sunroom glass studio. Since the accident, I wear out early and physically can't stay up so late. Soon though!
Beautiful work! I use to work at nights but not any more. There is a peace that helps get inspired.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful work! I work late a couple of times a week. It's great to have uninterrupted time. Besides, I'd rather work till dawn than get up an hour early :)
ReplyDeleteI too am a night owl and more productive into the wee hours of the morning. I will work until 3:00 or 4:00 AM. The dog and hubby are in bed asleep....so it's my quiet creative time. It's all good!!!
