YES we do have a lot of things in common ;-}. I am also dying to go to Spain and see Gaudi's work.
About the rice lasagna, we do not use rice pasta, we use rice. You add one layer of rice, one of corn, one of calabaza, one of cream cheese blended with poblano peppers, etc, etc.
It is very good!

I loooove Gaudi! That's the real reason I'm dying to go to Spain. And Botrero goes without saying. We have lots in common. And I'd love the recipe for the rice lasagna. I don't eat wheat and have been missing regular noodles.

Also, I think you have a very nice blog and I love all the pictures of your work. You are so careful. Sorry your things broke. You will figure it out, I know. Patrik Kusek told us today at our guild meeting that he fires the Copprclay at 1770° for 3 hours now. Did you do that? I haven't done it yet but I just heard this for the first time today so I thought I would tell you.
